Create an Account

Set up a new Akili AI account independently, without an invitation.

What this is for

Registering for Akili AI as a new user who is not joining an existing practice via invitation.

Who can do this

Any clinician or administrator setting up Akili AI for the first time.

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to the Akili AI sign-in page.
  2. Select Create an account.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and select Verify email.
  5. Complete your profile:
    • Full name
    • Clinical role
    • Practice name and contact details
    • HPCSA or relevant registration number (where applicable)
  6. Select Complete setup.
  7. You will be taken to the Home Screen and your account is active.

Note

If you are joining an existing practice, you should receive an invitation from your practice manager instead. See Accept a Practice Invite.

Common issues

Verification email not received

Check your spam folder. Use Resend verification email on the sign-in page if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.
