Accept a Practice Invite

Join an existing Akili AI practice after receiving an invitation from a practice manager.

What this is for

Completing sign-up and linking your account to a practice when you have been invited by a practice manager.

Who can do this

Anyone who has received an Akili AI practice invitation email.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the invitation email from Akili AI.
  2. Select Accept Invite.
  3. Create your password and complete your profile details.
  4. Select Complete setup.
  5. You are now linked to the practice and can sign in.

Note

Invitation links expire after 72 hours. If your link has expired, ask your practice manager to resend it from Settings → Users → Pending Invites.

Common issues

Link says it has already been used

This can happen if you clicked the link but did not complete sign-up. Ask your practice manager to resend a new invitation.

I already have an Akili AI account

If you have an existing account under the same email address, the invitation will link your account to the new practice automatically. Sign in with your existing credentials after clicking the invite link.
