Billing & Subscriptions¶
Manage your Akili AI subscription plan, invoices and payment details.
What this is for¶
Viewing and managing your practice's subscription, updating billing information, and accessing invoices.
Who can do this¶
Practice administrators.
Viewing your current plan¶
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Your current plan, billing cycle and next renewal date are displayed at the top of the page.
Viewing and downloading invoices¶
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
- Select an invoice to view it.
- Select Download PDF to save a copy.
Updating payment details¶
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment method.
- Select Update payment method.
- Enter the new card or banking details.
- Select Save.
Note
Akili AI does not store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
Changing your subscription plan¶
- Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.
- Select Change plan.
- Review the available plans and select the one that suits your practice.
- Confirm the change.
Note
Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will not be charged twice for the same period.
Cancelling your subscription¶
To cancel, contact the Akili AI team at hello@akiliai.net. Please include your practice name and the reason for cancellation.
Common issues¶
Payment failed
Update your payment method under Settings → Billing → Payment method. Akili AI will retry the charge automatically after 24 hours. If payment continues to fail, contact hello@akiliai.net.
