Your first recording

What this is for

Who can do this

Clinicians with an active Akili AI account.

Step-by-step

  1. From the Home Screen, select New Recording.
  2. Search for the patient or add a new patient if they do not exist yet.
  3. Begin the consultation and tap Start Recording.
  4. When the consultation ends, tap Stop Recording.
  5. Wait for Akili AI to process the audio and generate a note.
  6. Review the generated note, make any edits, then select Approve.

Note

Processing typically takes 30–90 seconds depending on recording length.

Common issues

Recording failed to upload

Check your internet connection. Akili AI requires an active connection to process recordings. If the issue persists, contact hello@akiliai.net.
