Getting Invited to a Practice

How to join an existing Akili AI practice when a practice manager has sent you an invitation.

What this is for

Accepting an invitation email and completing setup so you can start using Akili AI within your practice's account.

Who can do this

Any clinician or staff member who has received an invitation email from a practice manager.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the invitation email from Akili AI sent to your work email address.
  2. Select Accept Invite in the email.
  3. You will be taken to the Akili AI sign-up page. Create your password and complete your profile.
  4. Once your account is created, you will be automatically linked to the practice.
  5. Sign in and confirm your role with your practice manager if prompted.

Note

Invitation links expire after 72 hours. If your link has expired, ask your practice manager to resend the invitation.

Common issues

I did not receive an invitation email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Ask your practice manager to confirm the email address they used.
  • Ask them to resend the invitation from the Invite a User workflow.

The invitation link says it has already been used

This can happen if you have previously clicked the link without completing sign-up. Ask your practice manager to send a new invitation.
